I have two old Tulip design poker chips. They have a design similar to some Ivory chips. The only thing that is identical on each chip is the circle. That must have been stamped or molded in manufacture. The flowers are different on each side of each chip. They must have been done by hand. I do notice some similarities in the artistic style on the front and back of each chip. Perhaps to different people engraved them. My question is, when did clay chips start to replace Ivory chips? Any Idea on when these chips were made? Sorry, no extras.
