Doesn't this make the TV Poker Shows felons too? They do the same things the guy does on his web site - show lots of links to online poker sites. I do notice that some of them - like Poker Stars - say they are "not" an online gambling site - they just pass you on to one when you click the "play poker" button.

It is sure going to be interesting to see how this all works out....
