The casino in question is a closed casino in Puerto Rico. It seems to me that he is just trying to make a commemmorative of the chip and had the understanding to change the name so it didnt mislead anyone. I am not passing judgement on the matter, if i am wrong in this post it is because i am unaware of the code of ethics about this matter.
