It's true Archie. There's a set being made by Blue Chip that will 'commemorate' the Condado Beach Paulson chips. Roland Schoff is the organizer. A .25, .50 and $1000 chip have been added and as you say above the crest, mold and name have been changed.

Other than that though, they are pretty much a knockoff of the Condado chips. Both the cash and credit chips are being copied.

I had originally understood that some sort of commemorative text would be included on the chips, but that now doesn't seem to be the case.
