Re: Bargain on Image Editing Software

I've been using Photoshop 5.0 LE for about 5 years. One feature I notice in the Elements 4.0 version I just got is the ability to draw a line on a scan and have the software automatically make it "horizontal". That's much easier than the old method I had to use which was to put in the number of degrees to rotate a scan and keep trying it till the chip is properly aligned.

Since the 5.0 LE was quite an old product, I had noticed some instability when used with Windows XP. The Elements 4.0 was written for XP level Windows and I don't see any problems on my PC (so far, anyway).

By the way, you can get a free trial of any Photoshop product from the Adobe web site. Just don't buy it there [g].
