I took David Spragg's sage advice and applied a white crayon to both sides of my mystery chip. The scans are shown below:

If anyone knows the name of this font, or has any information on any chips like this one, I would appreciate it. By the way, it came with the Corral chips I posted a few days ago, as well as some fleur de lis chips (again, most have cigarette burns on them).
