I thought that the malloofs were all about customer service, well they really need to get a clue on the definition of customer service BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES AT THE PALMS HAVE NONE...........

It is unfortunate that this casino/hotel treats their visitors so badly. We couldn't even get the housekeepers to clean our room for two days. When we called the concierge, they told us that the housekeepers were all gone and they would get to it in the morning. Well, too little too late. I am going to the Wynn next time.

Get ready to be charged for everything - even using the hotel facilities such as the gym. The service is spotty, and the bouncers managing the crowd in line for the clubs are down right mean and rude - who are unavoidable because they are stationed as you get off the elevators from your room.

The place needs a bath, workers are rude, I had to clean the bar where I was sitting myself. Our first room had glass and gum on the floor. Dinner at the N9ne had good food but we were rushed out as soon as we orderd coffie, this was with a $200.00 check.
