I sometimes get behind on leaving feedback, but I agree and live by the philosophy, "Feed back should be left as soon as payment is received/cleared by Seller, and left by buyer when Item is received, whether positive, neutral or negative". If I buy something and seller doesn't leave me feedback by the time I get my item, I don't leave them feedback and just delete the auction! I as a seller, have received, in my opinion 1 bad feedback from a girl who was new to ebay. She left me a Neutral feed back cause although the package had a USPS stamp 2 days after she paid with Paypal, it took the USPS 2 weeks to deliver it to her and she was pissed. So she felt that I didn't deserve Positive feed back cause she wasn't happy with the delivery time.
I say that feedback isn't that important, but, I must admit I went through the roof when I saw that feedback and sent her an (IMO) appropriate email and added her ID to my Blocked ID list, so she couldn't bid on any of my auctions any more!
