It's worth keeping in mind that Hammond borders Calumet City, Owl Club was right on the border and could easily have been as close as "across the street" from Jerome Hotel. Many hotels were residences back then, so it may have been Barnett's apartment.

Seems to me John's find makes the Owl Club chip ID as solid as any illegal chip ID.
