Oh. boy, here we go--now the feds will be getting our bank account records to see where we're spending our money. Who decides whether I can transfer money from my bank account and to whom--another job for "The Decider"? The truth is that banks are very concerned about any requirement that they be required to produce account records.

The sensible solution to this non-problem is to license, regulate and tax so that online operators can operate within the U.S. and not outside the country. But, I guess, that just makes too much sense for those who are devoted to telling the rest of us how to spend our time and money.
