You could very possibly be right. The one thing that caught my eye about this chip was a shiny edge, almost plasticy in appearance. The chip has a nice sound when it rings out on a hard surface, but it may not be a total clay chip. It may very well have been some sample or souvenir piece. There were no other old chips from that era of Las Vegas, so it really seemed odd to see that chip in the group. I thought the chip was neat and that's why I shot a few photos of it. I hope you can see how it reflects the surface it's sitting on in it's edge. Having said all of that, It's not my chip and I doubt the owner will any interest in letting go of it.......We should all remember the 11th Commandment " Do not covet thy neighbor's chips"
