As in previous years, we will be putting a full color .pdf version of the catalog on the club's website. This should be posted by next week. We will again be accepting pre-convention bids for the lots, however, the bidding procedures will be different this year. The pre-convention bidding will take place by e-mail only. In order to place a bid, you must send an e-mail to Barry Weintraub at barrychip@aol.com

Club members must include the following information in the
e-mail: name, membership number, the lot number(s) and bid amount(s). Bids will be considered accepted upon the club member receiving a return confirmation email. If you have submitted a bid and have not gotten a confirmation e-mail, then your bid is not considered to be accepted.

The bidding status will be available, via a 4 page .pdf document, at the following URL:

In this way, the bidding can be updated continually, so if you are interested in the bidding on the club auction lots, check out the web site. In each auction status posting, bids made since the previous posting will be in bold and in red.
