I got this cover on eBay a few days ago. It appears to be a stock cover rubber-stamped front with Apache Cafe and back with Apache Bar and the indian bust. A collector has applied clear plastic to front and back, apparently because it was not in very good condition. Inside is unprinted.

Does anyone have one of these? Wonder if this is very early and they stamped some just to have a few to put on the bar till the regular order came in. There's no opening date in TCR for Apache... late 20's maybe?
