This was the site of the Paddock Club in St. Bernard operating as such from 1941 (as far back as I have researched) until the late 1950s.
You indicated in your articles on the Arrowhead Inn that the Nasons operated the Paddock Club in the early 1940s.
They were raided as early as 1949 for running a horse book (in the back room of all places!)
I'm trying to get more info on the Sinclair Grill name and I'll let you know more. That chip is a hell of a find if it was used at the Paddock. They had gambling for sure, never thought they had chips
