Jesus Steve! I shoulda known you were from the Valley !!!!! I haven't been back out west in 10 yrs. and lately the need for some Pacific air in my lungs is occuping my thoughts and I just never could make Garlic bread like the 'ol man did. (It's the dry grated American cheese that makes it!!). I'll let you know when to mark your calender, but dinner at the Smokehouse is on me. Truth be known, I was named after a bartender that worked at the Smokehouse........
