The Regency Casino also had a roulette table, for a very brioef period of time. Just before it closed I interviewed the then owner. He showed me dice and generic roulette chips.

There were two styles of dice and he had several boxes of unused sticks of each. I recorded this in an article that I did for the CCTN several years ago. That article included an interview with the then owner of [CBS] Sports World casino, which was also closing.

I mention this only because both owners said that they were keeping the chips and dice, as they were both familiar with the collector market.
