Been a year since I've been to Vegas, but I did ride a monorail from Bellagio to Monte Carlo. Of course, it's on the opposite side of the street from the new monorail, but the ride is quite handy and rides above what looks to be employee parking for both casinos. It's a long walk through Bellagio to get to the tram, but it drops you off at the Monte Carlo near the brewery. Although, the tram does seem to be closed for maintenance quite often, so you might not want to count on it being open.

Blue Man is definitely worth a look. Haven't seen them at the Venetian, but saw them twice at Luxor. Very entertaining, if you don't mind extremely loud music and drumming!!
