She really made my stay at the Palms a better experience. My wife and I stayed there over the Chirstmas Holiday in 2004. Olivia talked to me at lenth when it came up that I was a chipper. She even came back after her shift to give me one of the "Olivia's Poker Hall" $1 chips. It was a pleasure to play at her table, and she was just the sweetest lady!
