My 2 cents worth
In Response To: Help Needed ()

Here is a situation I am currently involved with. I purchased a sports card for $9.99. The seller charged $3.00 shipping and wanted $6.00 insurance (optional). Obviously I did not pay for insurance. He says he mailed the card 9 days after I paid via PayPal. When I didn't receive the card, I emailed him. He responded 5 days later after I emailed again. After 30 days I filed a complaint with PayPal. Now he's pi$$ed off and threatens a negative feedback. I said, go ahead, do what you must. For all who say the burden falls on the buyer, I'd like your comments on this issue.
