ok, Ive tweaked the new HP 4890 scanner as much as I can see right now to make all things equal with the other scanners. You can see the H mold is not coming across quite right yet. I'm playing around with all sorts of settings trying to make it come out right. Im sure there's a way to make it better then this! . It appears none of the software is chipscan friendly, that's for sure. I have had some coninued issues keepting the 316x316 size locked in play. When I reopen the saved preferences, it changes. Hopefully, I can fix that. Boy, what a pain it is going through this. Here is the result so far:
