I'm not exactly sure which guide you're referring to, but if you'll click the link below, it will take you to a listing of books contained in the club library, which probably includes the one you're talking about. The listing also includes publication dates.

As far as posting pictures, just click the link up above where it says "FILE UPLOAD" and it will take you to a page that will explain how to upload a picture file to the Chip Board server.
