yes, thats for sure. The problem arises when saving as a .jpg or anything else, then opening it up, altering it and then saving it again. The trick is to import it without saving it.

The Epson Scan software doesn't allow for that, but as I am seeing, the Epson Twain software does.

I'll try that and see how it goes.
