The fact is Archie, that many times when I scan a lot of chips that they don't necessarily appear on everyones screen in the same order.

I've had MANY situations where some one will ask for a chip in row X and I scanned it so that it should appear as row Y or even M or whereever.

The columns are always corect but not the rows.

If it's just one or two or even maybe a few more scans, then all is usually alright but sometimes I might scan a dozen or so pages and that's' where the mix-up occurs.
