Hey Chuck, you keep posting those pictures of beautiful Arizona and all these people will want to move here. When they find out that a bad winter's day here is 60 degrees and a 6 AM sunrise anytime of the year is priceless they will want to start packing their bags. And please don't tell them about our low real estate taxes or that will be a clincher for them to move here.
