I agree.

But here are a few things that I think should stop.

1. If you assume or form an opinion of a fellow member based on your interpretation of what you think you're seeing. Unless you
know for sure, you would better serve the membership by keeping those opinions to yourself rather than gossiping
amongst one another in an attempt to belittle this person.

2. This is the most respectful group/organization of hobbyist I have ever seen. So rather than erode that record, lets continue
to go that extra mile toward respecting one another.

When I make suggestions like this, I will be the first to abide by them. So please, for those of you directly concerned, lets try making this the first day of paving the way to a healthier club.
