I bought a chip last week on ebay, wanted the chip but didn't read all of it (my fault). A Power Seller had insurance down as $3.35 for the chip.

Its getting to the point lately if they don't get you on the shipping and handling then its the insurance (requirred). BS, should be optional to pay or not.
