I did not set the reserve at 10X the value. I explained that. Apparently you're not getting it.

What did you bid, $1500, $2000,? If so you should have expected not to win them. David was the high bidder both times and his bid was, well, not quite enough.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do. By the way, yes, shame on me for wanting to protect my investment. Perhaps my punishment for this should be to split the chips into 2 lots, then send them to you and David for free. I can't even imagine the pain & suffering the two of you have endured throughout all this. Again, shame on me.
