I recently purchased chips from jokerpokerchips.com. Not only did i not receive the chips and was forced to go thru ebay to get my money back, i was given the same feedback i left them in return. I won the dispute this afternoon and was given back only half of my money. It is a shame that a seller could get away with this and still be able to leave negative feedback against the buyer who pays for their product. The kicker to this whole story is that while the seller told me to wait a while to see if the chips arrive, they purchased chips from me and received them and left positive feedback.
