I've had a number of people ask if I'll be at the convention and if I'll have a table for the Collector's Assistant Plus casino chip database program. So to answer the questions again...here are a few of the questions and answers:

Q: Will you have a table at the convention?
A: Yes, I sure will.

Q: Will you be giving demonstrations?
A: Yes, I sure will.

Q: Terry, It's rumoured that you are an insensative SOB, is this true??
A: Yes, Barry, it sure is!

Q: I already have the program, will you have time to show me some tricks and maybe show us some tricks and short cuts?
A: Yes, Skip, I sure will.

Q: I'm planning on finally buying the program. Will you be doing that 10% show discount like you did last year?
A: No Comment. I have been sworn to secrecy. But..I highly recommend buying the program before hand so you can get a feel for it and then learn some great tricks when you see me in person.

Q: I bought the program a while ago, but still haven't installed it yet on my computer. Will you be able to show me how to do it when you're here for the convention?
A: Yes, I can do that, but it would be much better if you just installed it and started to play.; That way, you'll be able to come and ask questions and learn some cool tricks and ideas. I recommend you install the program now....it's menu driven and very easy.

Q: I bought the Collector's Assist CA2000 program years ago when it first came out, and before you got involved and changed it all. Aren't I entitled to a free updated version?
A: No, sorry, but you aren't. That was a long time ago, and essentially a completely different program. Collector's Assistant CA2000 was really a mere baby to what the program has developed into. You would be entitled to recent updates and service packs, but in your situation, you'd need to buy a new version of the program.

Q: I know you have a Scan CD with a million chip scans. I track my chips on an Xcel spreadsheet and I'm happy with it. Would you sell just the Scan Cd by itself?
A: (pt1) You may think you're good with Ecel, but there's no comparison!
A: (pt 2) Yes, I will have the new scan cd (now with over 7,000 High quality scans) available for sale. I haven't offered this before, but because the demand has been so high, I will have them available now for everyone. I haven't decided on the price yet, i think it will be $10.00....who knows, maybe I'll even make them available by trading them for chips :-)

Q; Can you come to my house and set it all up for me?
A: Yes, Ralph, I will....if you buy me a fancy dinner, and promise not to make me oil your tattoo!

Q: I remember you saying you put out a new scan cd each year...will you have them again this year, and how much are they going to be?
A: Yes, I will have a new one out again this year. Price for the disk for my program customers will remain at just $1.00.

Q: If I bring my own laptop, will you show me how to make my collection look like yours are set up?
A: yes, I sure will.
