Gene, I've NEVER seen this chip before. It must be pretty rare. I certainly would have recognized it even without the ID. As you can see Jack Adams liked to put his name on everything associated with his club. If anybody else has one they want to sell or trade I'd make a generous offer.

There should be some "JACK ADAMS" dice out there somewhere too. I've never seen one but there's a die impression in the Taylor dice records.

BTW, Peoria's my home town, so I follow the Peoria illegals pretty closely. Any other former Peorians out there?
