I agree that selling of fantasy chips without HUGE CAPITAL LETTERING stating they are not from a casino, open or closed is very bad for this hobby! I just can't see how we can POLICE and send emails to the sellers without getting into hot water vis a' vis' "restraint of trade."

We would have to be on continuously and be willing to send a form letter/email advising the seller of their NO/NO. But that wouldn't help the BUYER unless the auction was taken down or the ID of the chip redefined and you can't count on them doing that at all! IMHO! By the by if we do this I am in!!
