They do not give them away. You have to place a $600 bet on either of the Derby, Preakness or Belmont racecards and specifically ask for the chips. Im going to take a guess that maybe 80 will be given out for the promotion, and a further 15 maybe to HR execs, the artist etc. I very much doubt that more than 100 sets will survive.
