I think the task force would start by
1. identifying the sellers misrepresenting fantasy chips.
2. send them an email informing the seller of what the chip is, that they are misrepresenting the chip, and how they should present the auction
3. Providing a good sample description
4 maintain a database of sellers who are doing the bad things. This can be use for future auctions, and possibly to notify ebay of the persistent misrepresentations.
Yes, the things you mentioned are real issues too within the same realm, and could also be dealt with. But I feel the fantasy issue is large enough right now, and potentially more damaging then the much more infrequent other issues.
Ed...you have plenty of free time....how about volunteering to spearhead this???
