The one time a package a sent was delayed in shipping(2 weeks) I sent out a replacement package. As a shipper it was my responsibility.It was 5 e-mails over a 2 week period, not 5 days. I do not mean to offend anyone. I am relatively new at collecting(about a year), so am not completely sure of how things work.
