Not true. If you bought a computer from Dell and it comes damaged is it your loss or do you look for a replacement.

Even so chippers don't work like that. One example I'll give is I made a trade with Terry S. I believe it was in and about a 20 chip trade. This was two years ago and to this day I have not received the package. Terry offered right away to make good and I told him lets wait as I felt bad. He did replace all the missing chips. And thats the rest of the story. Barry
