I don't think so. I think YOU need to read Rick's post again. It says one ticket per person, and yes, it says you redeem your ticket to purchase your 'chip' (not 'chips') BUT at the end of his post it says "How many chips you will be able to purchase will depend on how many tickets are given out" which is EXACTLY what the HR does. It doesn't ever seem to be an issue at the HR because they make so many of each chip, but that IS the way they handle it . (at the HR)
So I don't think I missed the point, and I still think that this is a lot like the HR, with maybe the exception of the quantity of chips.
