Just went to check my e-mail and during Insight Communications "upgrade" of my cable internet service ALL of my address book is no longer there! Probably 50-60 e-mail addys in addition to snail mail addresses and phone #s, etc. apparently wiped out!

If you have the time please send me an e-mail so I can restore my address book.
