On the information quoted by Mike, it comes from Chicago Tribune newspaper articles about Johnson, Skidmore and the 4020 Club, as well as standard Chicago Mob history.

Also, the chips stamped "4020 Club" (Raised Circle) are in the Hunt records.

I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled across them and to have gotten these in some quantity.
