Several people have said that they would like to see the "TRAVELING ENVELOPE" at the Convention in June.
I emailed Joe Shaw, who is charge of all exhibits, and he said that he thought it would be fine but certain requirements should be met.
For example, a brief history about the TRAVELING ENVELOPE, where it has been, how many miles it has traveled, how many members have participated. etc..
I am in complete agreement with Joe on the need for these details. My problem is that since I sent it on it's way to Guam, I have not see the TRAVELING ENVELOPE.
I am new to this type issue. I am asking some of the folks that have been around "the block" for some ideas on how to display the TRAVELING ENVELOPE and do it in a way that meets Club requirements for a display at the Convention.
The envelope is approaching 70,000 miles and we still have 7 weeks of travel time prior to the Convention.
Suggestions please.
