While you have received a great deal of help, I actually have an opinion.
THe suit that hands you the check gets nothing. The idea behind gratuities is to thank the person for extra special service (as opposed to routine service), it has become a way to subsidize the income of underpaid and overworked employees.
The suits are doing what is expected of them, and are well paid to do it, they did nothing to effect your play, or your enjoyment, but what they are required to do.
I'm not sure the slot person does much to help, especially now that the world has gone to TiTos, but a small gratuity is appropriate. Poker players tip the dealers and such because they help make the game go smoothly, and are actually doing something to effect the quality of enjoyment of the game played.
I will be forwarding my bill.
