VERY cool charles! You have just solved a little mystery for me. I found this 'token' in a small lot of five or six coins in an auction last year. I suspected that it must have been part of a trophy or prize item, as the other side is blank and has a little glob of what looks to be old glue. I also guess that your slot bank is from the VERY early days of the Nevada Club.
