Looking back, I realize that I have never had any problem of any kind with anybody in chipping, except in relation to shipping charges.
I have been given the same advice several times, and failed to heed it.
It would appear that the problem truely is *mine*.
I would like to apologize to anyone that I may have irritated with my constant whining on this subject.
I will make a sincere effort to live in the world as it is, rather than as I think it should be.
