up to your bids on Ebay? If the shipping is not listed by a seller outside the US and you dont ask before bidding, who's fault is that?

Per Ebay rules, a bid constitutes a legal contract. I see too many people here on the board complaining about getting screwed by shipping charges. If I dont see a shipping charge listed, I ask. If I dont ask, I pay what they ask because I am OBLIGATED TO DO SO.

Am I missing something here?
