Dale Seymour calls this old poker chip design "Major General", PA-NR. I believe it's a pretty good chip and I've never seen one before a lot came up on eBay last week. Had to buy 3 other designs to get the Major General.

I don't follow horse racing... was this a famous racehorse sometime in the last century? My Google inquiry found nothing but military officers. Maybe he was a General's horse?
