Your $2 bill story reminded me of a similar half-dollar practice of mine. There is only one place in Brick, NJ that sells the Press of Atlantic City Newspaper ... a WAWA. I always bring back half dollars from A.C. to pay for the newspaper each morning. Not only do the store clerks remember me from my half-dollar purchases, but I always have the exact change so that I don't have to stand in line, but simply leave the half a buck on the counter.
