I had never read through the CCGTCC buyers guide and while reading it the other day I saw that it recommended tipping the cage when you get several chips for your collection. I'm rather embarrassed if this is the case because I have never tipped the cage before and thinking about it a number of people have been very helpful. Is one supposed to tip the cage? Is there cutoff for when you tip and when you don't?
