I picked this up at a moving sale this weekend. It appears to be a dice game using a slot machine theme. I think I am missing a front sheet, probably containing the name of the game, and possibly some rules. I also don't believe the small green dice are part of the game, but were merely stored in with the game (good for yahtzee, though ). It is obviously a travel game and came in a plastic case about the size of the payoff sheet, I would guess around 3" X 2", or so. All of the dice are small.

By the way, the sixth side of each die has a picture of a lemon, which is somewhat difficult to see. Any information on the game is appreciated.
