It all depends in what plant you work in and the hours you work per week and if you give back to the Corp. any benifts - as it sits now benifts have been given back and wages and cost of living ( COLA ) to the Plant I work in for the past 5 years - and the plant still scraps out new machinery and parts - when a worker gives back to the corp. to save $$ - then looks outside to see new machinry scraped it makes them wounder -is management doing their part to help - I don't mind giving back some wages but medical benifits are needed for the older workers - you don't get healther with age.
