Found it in a Marshall's store( From clothes, to shoes, to picture frames ) in Reno.

It had a old brown frame on it. I sanded it all down and gave it some flat black paint. Then some semi gloss lacquer clear wood finish.

It's a little hard to see, but the figures are molded out of something and i'm not sure what. They set in a box about 2 1/2" deep framed by the matt and frame. You can see the right side of the box in the top pic.

Hope i didn't make the pics too big for some.
