The BOD has covered all that before Stu. You made no mention of that being the issue in your "Whoa ... crux of the matter" post.

There will always be someone who misses the deadline no matter what date the BOD establishes ... but it's all about Stu, isn't it? What about the guy/gal after Stu ... and the ones that follow? The BOD according to your logic should make an accomodation for them as well. Have you submitted a Constitutional ammendment yet ... or are you waiting for somebody else to do it??
